SCOPES

The present general conditions are applicable for the reservations made on our web-site www.lacroixdesavoie.fr or directly by telephone + 33 450 900 026 except special or other offers. The special or others offers are not accumulative.

RESERVATION

The reservation is acquired only after payment of a deposits of 30 % of the total amount of the expenses of the stay.

For the promotional stays, a payment of 30 % to the reservation is asked, the balance: 15 days before the arrival.

EXPENSES OF CANCELLATION

In case of a definitive cancellation, expenses vary according to the date of cancellation in regard with the date of the stay.

No expenses of cancellation are demanded in more than 30 days by the arrival

Between 29 and 15 days before the arrival, the required payment to the reservation, that is 30% of the total cost of the service, remained acquired to "La Croix de Savoie".

Between 14 and 8 days before the arrival, the expenses of cancellation will concern 50 % of
the total cost the service

Less 7 days before the arrival, 100 % of the total cost will be charged.
Any begun stay is totally due even in case of anticipated departure.

For the promotional stays, the paid sums are not refundable.

MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX

The tourist tax collected on the resort, will be collected in the hotel, according to the local current scales.

"La Croix de Savoie" could not be kept responsible for any creation or modification of the tourist tax brought to its known ledge after the date of fixation of its price rates.
